Great facilities, love the free parking, and the pool is perfect for cooling off. The breakfast options were amazing, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

Because who doesn't enjoy sitting next to a busy road while dining? Oh, and the WiFi in public areas was nonexistent.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. The rooftop pool offered a stunning view of the beach. Great location for turtle sightings and easy access to the beach. Lots of dining options nearby.

Felt truly looked after, no complaints whatsoever.

Noisy at night.

Had a great Christmas stay here! The breakfast was delicious with fresh pancakes and omelettes. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and with stunning ocean views from the rooftop pool. The rain shower was also a plus!

There were a few downsides to our stay. the room was quite noisy due to street noise.

The hotel was in a perfect location, just a short walk from the beach. the staff were always superbly attentive and made us feel special during our stay. One of the key advantages was the rooftop pool where we spent lots of time enjoying the sun and cooling off.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Although there was a good selection of European options, we found the pancakes very cold and swimming in syrup.

Located in a central area with access to the beach and restaurants nearby, as well as opportunities for turtle sightings by the reef. the rooms are well-appointed and feature rainshowers with good water pressure. Staff are generally helpful and friendly.

Some aspects of the hotel could be improved, such as the cleanliness of certain areas, including the dirty ponds at the front entrance.

I loved the location - it's right next to the beach and it was easy to walk to lots of restaurants. The hotel facilities werevery comfy and tidy, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Wonderful facilities, including well-appointed rooms and a top deck for card games. Nice and boutique accommodations, with a convenient 5-minute walk to the beach. The team is welcoming and happy to assist. Good rooftop pool, though price may not be exceptional compared to other places in Sri Lanka.

I would have loved to see more organized and frequent activities tailored specifically for senior guests. It would have been delightful to have some gentle exercise classes or entertainment programs that catered to our needs.

We had an amazing stay at Kai Hikkaduwa! Great location near the beach and in the center of Hikkaduwa. The staff was superb, making sure we enjoyed our stay. The chef even taught us how to make Polsambal. The rooftop pool was clean and refreshing. a fantastic experience!

Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.
